It's a dangerous memory resident companion virus. It hooks INT 21h and on execution of .EXE-files it creates companion .COM-files. Depending on the system timer it deletes C:CONFIG.SYS file, overwrites C:AUTOEXEC.BAT file with the strings:
@ECHO OFF
C:SANDRINE.COM
then the virus creates C:SANDRINE.COM file and writes into it the program which overwrites MBR of hard drive by the string
