· By using the NAUGHTYPOPS software application we are able to create a profile that is used to select and deliver special offers and advertisements that we think might be of interest to you. This profile is stored on NAUGHTYPOPS servers and contains the following information:
· Your NAUGHTYPOPS ID which is a numeric identifier that is generated by the NAUGHTYPOPS software application.
· A historical record of content and advertisements delivered by NAUGHTYPOPS, and the response rate associated with the content and advertisements that was delivered to you through the NAUGHTYPOPS software application.
HOW DOES NAUGHTYPOPS AUTO-UPDATE?
NAUGHTYPOPS software has both client and server-side components. NAUGHTYPOPS servers communicate with your computer frequently to ensure that you have the most recently released version of the NAUGHTYPOPS software. You acknowledge that NAUGHTYPOPS or parties appointed by NAUGHTYPOPS may from time to time provide programming fixes, updates and upgrades to you, including automatic updates to NAUGHTYPOPS, through automatic electronic dissemination and other means.
