This is a harmless memory resident stealth polymorphic multipartite virus. On execution of infected file or on loading from infected disk it hooks INT 13h, 21h and writes itself at the end of EXE files that are executed or opened. It hits floppy disks on reading or writing from/on them. It hits MBR of hard drive on execution of infected file.
After being active for 3 month the virus displays the message: by Neurobasher'93/Germany -GRIPPED-BY-FEAR-UNTIL-DEATH-US-DO-PART-
