Winpage is implemented as an Internet Explorer Browser Helper Object (BHO) called WinPage.dll, stored in a 'Homepage' folder in Program Files. Versions have been seen with a BHO name of 'WinPage Blocker' and 'CWinPageIEExtension Object'; however this is not the same as the one called 'WinPage Affiliate'.
