This virus is dropped by the "Macro.Word.Goodbye.Dropper" macro virus. It is not a dangerous memory resident COM and EXE file infector. During installation into the system memory it reserved 1552 bytes in the current memory block. It hooks INT 21h. It increments the size of infected files by about 860 bytes. It does not infect files less than 1001 bytes and greater than 64000 bytes. |
