Dialer-Offline is a premium-rate phone dialer Trojan providing access to porn sites. It usually comes bundled with StripPlayer software.
Dialer-Offline is known to be installed by the RapidBlaster and StripPlayer threat, possibly also ActiveX drive-by installation without any user consent.
Electronic Group is known to also distribute at least two other dialers, StripPlayer and IEAccess.
