SpyBan installed the Look2Me Spyware which is not mentioned during the installation of SpyBan. SpyBandoes not show any EULA during the installation or on their web site.
Download.com removed the SpyBan listing in the beginning of February 2004, noting that SpyBan had failed to disclose that the Look2Me software was included in its installation.
