It is a dangerous memory resident encrypted parasitic virus. It hooks INT 21h and writes itself to the end of COM and EXE files that are executed. The virus has a bug - while installing memory resident it tries to patch MCB list, but fails. As a result it may halt the system. The virus searches for memory resident anti-virus monitors and halts the system if one is found. |
