It is a very dangerous memory resident overwriting virus. It hooks INT 21h and stays memory resident. On file executing the virus searches for .COM files in the current, parent directories and in "C:WINDOWSCOMMAND", and overwrites them.
On the 65th infection the virus erased the CMOS memory. The virus also manifests itself with a video effect and displays the message:
