It is a very dangerous memory resident parasitic virus. It hooks INT 1Ch, 21h and writes itself to the end of EXE files that are accessed by DOS calls FindFirst/Next. Depending on its internal counters the virus manifests itself by several manners: it hooks INT 13h, 16h, 17h and re-creates (deletes) the files instead of opening them, encrypts (corrupts) the data that are saved on the disk, disables reading from the disks, "jokes" with the keyboard, prints the messages.
