Coulomb Dialer changes your modem's dial-up settings and attempts to connect to a premium or international phone number to access adult material.
Coulomb Dialer uses your computer, without your permission or knowledge, to dial numbers with extremely high charges. A licensing agreement might appear. If the user accepts the licensing agreement, the dialer will attempt to call a high-cost number using the modem and attempts to connect to a pornographic Web site.
