"Top Rebates provides a shopping service (the Service) that aggregates various online merchants who have affiliate marketing programs. When you register for the Service and shop with such merchants through the Top Rebates Service you may earn a portion of the affiliate marketing revenue paid to Top Rebates by such merchants.
1. Legal Contract Age. YOU MUST BE AN INDIVIDUAL, 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. Members must be human and using the Service for personal not commercial use: no machines, scripts, or automated services may be used to accumulate any financial benefits derived from the use of the Service. You may maintain only one account. Any duplicate accounts will be subject to cancellation.
2. Affiliates. The online merchants on the Top Rebates Service (Affiliates) have agreed to pay Top Rebates an affiliate or referral fee when a user from the Top Rebates site makes a Qualifying Purchase of goods or services from such Affiliate through the Top Rebates Service. Top Rebates has agreed to give you a portion of the fees received from Affiliates for Qualifying Purchases in accordance with these terms and conditions (your Rebate). For the purposes of this Agreement, a purchase is a "Qualifying Purchase" once all conditions in an Affiliates offer with respect to that purchase, including any waiting periods, have been satisfied. Your Rebates may not be assigned or transferred to a third party
3. Payment of Fees. Once you have earned $10.00 in your account, Top Rebates will send you Rebates within 45 days from the end of the calendar quarter in which Top Rebates receives payment from the Affiliate. It is your responsibility to check your account regularly to ensure that discounts have been properly credited and that your account balance is accurate. If you do not believe that a discount has been correctly credited to your account you must wait at least 30 days but no more than 90 days after completing a Qualifying Purchase to contact Top Rebates Customer Care by mail. Discounts awarded are subject to adjustments for returns, cancellations, and other events. Such adjustments can be applied to you account at any time. Should you disagree with any adjustments made to your account, your sole remedy is to withdraw from the Service. Top Rebates reserves the right to terminate any account for abusive or fraudulent activity, or if you are no longer reachable at the e-mail address provided. Accounts that have not been active for a period of 6 months will be terminated.
4. Affiliates Terms. Affiliates operate independently of, and are not under the control of, Top Rebates in any way. Top Rebates may provide an index page or other description on our website of certain Affiliates terms which is for convenience only. Affiliates may impose conditions or restrictions different from, or in addition to, those described on such index pages or in such descriptions. We are not responsible for setting or maintaining the amount of the Rebate offered by any Affiliate or for requirements of any Affiliate program or offer. Each Affiliate has reserved the right to change at any time, and without notice, the amount or percentage of any Rebate it offers as well as the terms and conditions o
