This is a memory resident Win95 virus.
When launched it installs itself in memory using debugging interrupts and intercepts the file call function. It does not repeatedly infect memory.
When the user tries to launch PE files, the virus infects them by writing itself in the file header (if there is enough free space). This way the size of the infected file remains unchanged.
The virus may cause the computer to emit sounds.
It contains the following text string:
