Cj.304
It's a memory resident dangerous parasitic virus. It hooks INT 21h and writes itself to the end of .COM- and .EXE-files that are executed. The virus only correctly infects .COM-files. On infection of .EXE-file it appends to the file its body only without correction of EXE-header. These .EXE-files are executed as not infected. Depending on the system timer this virus corrupts the files: it overwrites them by several JMP instructions. It also contains the internal text string "C J". |
