It is a harmless memory resident parasitic virus. It hooks INT 21h and writes itself into the middle of COM-files that are opened. While infecting the virus looks for "cave" filled with a constant word (double byte) in the file middle, stores that word, and overwrites that cave with the virus code. As the result the length of the file does not grow.
