It is not a dangerous memory resident partly encrypted parasitic virus. It hooks INT 22h, returns control to the host program, waits for termination call (INT 22h), then hooks INT 13h, 21h and writes itself to the end of COM and EXE files that are executed. Before return to the host file the virus also infects COMMAND.COM file by using the "COMSPEC=" pointer.
Depending on its counter the virus displays the message:
BUAA is very W.C. !!!
