It is a dangerous memory resident polymorphic parasitic virus. It traces INT 13h, 21h, then it hooks INT 21h and writes itself to the beginning of COM and the end of EXE files that are executed. On the first day of the month it manifests itself with the moving text string:
J-virus(HK) 1.0
and overwrites the C:COMMAND.COM and C:WINDOWSWIN.COM files with the virus copy, that causes the same manifestation on any execution of such file. |
