SearchAndClick is a search result hijacker implemented as a toolbar and Browser Helper Object in Internet Explorer.
From the privacy policy:"What information do we collect from users and how is it used?
SearchAndClick collects only the personally identifiable information (e.g., your name and e-mail address) that you provide to us. While we may gather market data from other resources, the scope of our knowledge of your personally identifiable information based upon your use of our Site or Services is limited. Any information that you provide to us allows us to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to statistically analyze usage of the Site and Services, to improve our content and product offerings and to customize our Site's content, layout and Services.
