SpyBlast is a program that claims to detect intrusion attempts. It is installed unknown to the user and displays popup advertising.
Spyblast seems to be installed by ActiveX drive-by download, thought to be in pop-up adverts. The official site also encourages one to download it using by including a frame pointing at your C: drive. Once spy blast installed, it would popup ads without your permission from time to time in your computer.
