YourSiteBar from IST, the makers of numerous spyware threats, is an affiliate based marketing toolbar.
Integrated Search Technologies allows affiliates to create a customize Internet Explorer toolbar then pays affiliates up to $.25 per install of the toolbar.
Integrated Search Technologies is the same company that brings ToolbarCash.com which provides an affiliate type programs for XXXToolbar and the SlotchToolbar.

You must first register here. You log in to your account, then you build and customize your toolbar using our web interface. You select your payment level as well as your advertising choice and you are all set and ready to distribute your own toolbar. Each time a surfer installs the toolbar, you get paid!
