Songspy is a music sharing program and states that it is 100% freeware. According to Songspy, you aren't tracked, logged or monitored for analysis by the client software.
Songspy uses port 5190. Once it connects to their server there is no disconnecting possible and your hard drive is openly available for 'sharing'. So definitely try to avoid this one!
