It's a memory resident not dangerous virus. It hooks INT 13h, 1Ch and infects Boot-sectors of the floppies. The original Boot-sector is stored at the last sector of the 360K floppy disk. This virus contains the internal text string: "WINDMILL Strain 2 Windmills in your mind..LLCPHP". Sometimes it manifests itself by the video effect: it scrolls the part of the screen and rolls the '-' character.
