It is a harmless memory resident parasitic virus. When executed it hooks INT 21h and then writes itself to the end of the COM and EXE files that are executed. The virus contains the text strings:

Next time, be
more prudent !

While installing the virus checks the character in the brackets (see the text above), and if it is set to '*', the virus does not install itself into the memory. |
