It's a harmless memory resident parasitic encrypted virus. It hooks INT 08h, 12h, 13h, 21h and writes itself to the end of COM- and EXE-files that are executed. The string "F4" is present at the end of the infected files. It uses INT 12h handler for "Are you here?" call, INT 08h and INT 13h for manifestation: sometimes it seeks by the hard drive heads. |
