RXToolbar is an Internet Explorer toolbar that shows links for the current page being viewed, targetted through www.searchenginebar.com.
RXToolbar is controlled by the Mindset/ABetterInternet/ThinkingMedia group, also responsible for the Transponder, FavoriteMan, IPInsight and NetPal threats.
The full URL of every page visited is sent to the controlling server www.searchenginebar.com. No ID or cookie is currently used to track browsing habits across sessions.

"In order to show you relevant categories for the website you are on, the RX Bar Toolbar may send the URL of the page to a server at SearchEngineBar. Similarly, when you perform a search in a search engine, the Toolbar sends the search query to our servers and receives relevant categories. However, the Toolbar does NOT provide SearchEngineBar with any personally identifiable information such as a name, an e-mail address, or a unique ID, ensuring complete anonymity for users. URLs and search queries are NOT stored on our servers, and are not transmitted to any third party."
